I had an appointment to meet with a gentleman to assess some damage that happened to my car in the service shop a couple of days ago. When I arrived, the gentleman was not there, and I was told to come ba some damage that happened to my car in the service shop a couple of days ago. When I arrived, the gentleman was not there, and I was told to come back the next week and the person would be there to assess the damage. This will be 3 trips; the first is when the damage to my car occurred, the second is todays visit to meet with the person that wasn't there and the third will be next week when I hope the person shows up. I had Kolten help check me in and he was incredibly kind and helpful. The lady that checked me out when everything was done and I was picking up my vehicle, I wish I had her name but I didn’t catch it, she and helpful.
