I made an appointment and I waited 3 hours and no one communicated with me in those three hours. I was told when I arrived the appointment would take 1.5 hours. After waiting I finally asked when my car communicated with me in those three hours. I was told when I arrived the appointment would take 1.5 hours. After waiting I finally asked when my car would be finished and was told they needed to order a part. Very frustrated because I used my only day off that week to go to that appointment to leave with a car that was not fixed. The part should haven been ordered prior to my appointment or at least a discussion of what was done in the time I waited. During the wait they did try to sell me a new vehicle. Very frustrated!! I used cargurus to find what I was looking for. I recieved a text on Sunday letting me know the car was available and that they would contact me on Monday. Kris was super nice, the financial depa I recieved a text on Sunday letting me know the car was available and that they would contact me on Monday.
