I spent less than 30 minutes at this dealership, and that was too much. My wife and I visited the lot to purchase a new car. The sales associate would not even let us look inside a car or answer questions was too much. My wife and I visited the lot to purchase a new car. The sales associate would not even let us look inside a car or answer questions until we provided him with a copy of my driver’s license and a completed financial statement showing our income and assets - the kind of personal information you don’t normally divulge until you’re actually buying the car. It seemed like he wanted to close the deal right away, before we even picked a vehicle. Either this dealership has awful sales tactics or needs to train their sales associates. (This all took place in the middle of the sales floor with other salesmen and managers around, so I assume it’s just SOP.) More
