Very good communication. Reliable work and often quick service. Very nice people. They let me choose the service that's necessary or can wait. Reliable work and often quick service. Very nice people. They let me choose the service that's necessary or can wait. More
My experience on 12/16 was good and the people are nice in face to face contact. However, I have zero trust in the dealership. This was the 3rd time I had to come in to get my issue fixed. I should not eve in face to face contact. However, I have zero trust in the dealership. This was the 3rd time I had to come in to get my issue fixed. I should not even had to pay for it because the car was broken when I bought it from this dealership a few months ago and I even both the extended warranty with bumper to bumper coverage and I was still charged a deductible of $200. I have been pretty loyal to Nissan and this dealership, but I see why sales are declining and they are at risk of going out of business. More
A smooth visit interacting with multiple members of the team. All my questions were answered. We had a good conversation about trade in and purchasing our new vehicle. We are pleased. team. I did a walk in for oil change, not knowing I needed other things done to my car. Jack was good at helping me and letting me know how late I was getting my car serviced properly. My car will go no where other things done to my car. Jack was good at helping me and letting me know how late I was getting my car serviced properly. I came in thinking I needed a $1,800 repair. It turned out it only needed $268 fix. I appreciate that I can trust Wood Nissan to look out for my car and I. It turned out it only needed $268 fix. I appreciate that I can trust Wood Nissan to look out for my car and I. More
The experience at Wood was great. They were very transparent trying to meet all the needs. The online process was simple as well as finishing it up at the dealership. On March 13, 2024, I stopped at Wood Nissan to look for a pre owned truck. I was pre approved for a loan through my bank. I believe that in order to keep the deal close to what I wanted, while keeping it whe pre owned truck. I was pre approved for a loan through my bank. I believe that in order to keep the deal close to what I wanted, while keeping it where the sales department wanted it they ran my credit with at least 7 lenders, which significantly impacted my credit score. Of course, I found out about this after the sale. We do like our truck, and feel like we got a reasonably fair deal, but I feel like they wanted the sale to happen that moment, regardless of how it may impact me. I was also lead to believe that I needed to buy (finance) an extended warranty on the pre owned truck, to cover anything other than the power train, which I declined. Within a week of the purchase, we began to experience multiple "system failures", very random and infrequent at first, gradually getting to the point where it was every time we drove the truck.I tried unsuccessfully to contact the dealership so I could have the issue diagnosed over a period of months. My calls went unanswered by every department, including sales. I finally reached out to another dealership, where the problem was diagnosed and repaired, at no cost to use, because it was all covered by the factory warranty. More
