I really don't feel comfortable rating this dealership as a whole. Because I feel like I been in a twilight zone since September 2023, three visits in a little over a year for the very same issue is a proble a whole. Because I feel like I been in a twilight zone since September 2023, three visits in a little over a year for the very same issue is a problem. However, I have to say I had a more pleasant experience this time vs last time. Rob was very kind and helpful. I was ready to give up on this dealership based on the experience I had in Aug 2024 with another advisor for this very same issue. I am really hoping we are finally past this same repair. I myself do not want to deal with this same issue ever again. The jury is still out on if I will return to this dealership again besides if this issue occurs again. I can say Rob was very helpful!!!
