I was told they offer a lifetime powertrain warranty, which was made to seem like it was free of charge. Then when it came time to do paperwork, I was charged $2000 for it and when I was told that I didn which was made to seem like it was free of charge. I feel like the finance guy scammed me by manipulating the interest rate really high to start with and just pushing numbers around so I didn’t really get a deal. It took four days to get my car after I was told maybe that night or the next morning I messaged the salesman a couple times About something with the car and it’s been five days and he still hasn’t responded to me, but I got the situation taken care of myself not a very good all-around experience. I do enjoy my car. I would just go to a different dealership next time. More
For me it's the service department, specifically Serik. That guy goes above and beyond every time I'm there. Whether it is warranty related or general service. Guy is an absolute Rockstar. Comfortable waiting area, open snack vending area where you can purchase items and they have a free area. Keep Serik at all costs, guy is simply amazing. More
