mattisonemyersii I came into your service department for my lifetime oil change and asked for a coolant system check. I gave specific instructions to contact me for any other authorization for services. After dropping off my vehicle at 10:30am no one contacted me with any information. I called at 3pm for information. I was informed that they were still diagnosing the coolant system. At 4:30 pm I returned to the dealership to retrieve my car. They had inspected my transmission and brake fluid system in addition to what I had authorized, without contacting me. I paid $169.00 dollars for a diagnostic that google says the average price is $45 to $55 dollars. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Fenton Nissan and there will be no more. I listened to Your service staff call young women sweetie and honey and myself called boss repeatedly, very unprofessional. The quotes for service I overheard while waiting were outrageous compared to what I was able to look up at the moment. The last thing I am frustrated with is my car was just detailed and my floor mat has debris everywhere and my hood and fenders have grease and handprints all over. Thanks for disingenuous service.
