Alyssa was great, and Kolten answered all my questions. Thanks to a skilled honest technician (Tim) I found out I didn't need rear brakes. I had previously used them for an acute issue and they gave me a free loaner because they knew my car was not safe to drive. Thank you all! My go to for everything from now on. More

Kolt who works with the Enterprise fleet vehicles is great to work with. I am glad I get to work with him when I come in. The other people on the service desks do not have the best customer service. When Kolt is not there I have waited 10 to 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. I have even witnessed them arguing with each other. I keep going there because it is the closest one to where I live and have been going there several years. It takes forever to get someone to answer the phone. I tried calling 8 different times in one day to get someone to answer toget an appointment. More
