Horrible experience. Called on Monday about a dead battery that was under warranty. Was told to bring it in on Friday and I didn’t need an appt. 2:45 later I was told it Called on Monday about a dead battery that was under warranty. Was told to bring it in on Friday and I didn’t need an appt. 2:45 later I was told it finally took a charged (only failed 4 times) so the battery didn’t need replacing. When they brought it out for me to take, they hadn’t reset a waning light that was triggered. Had to wait another 10 minutes for them to clear the code. Also got a quote for a new taillight which was $187. The same exact part from Nissan’s website is $117. When I asked about the difference was told Nissan is like Walmart and they want you to buy online. Lastly, they now have a service fee for using a credit card. When I asked about it, I was told by the manager that all dealerships are doing it now. I told him the Honda dealer I just had our CR-V at didn’t charge one; the Jeep dealer where I get my Wagoneer doesn’t charge one; the Acura dealer where we get our MDX serviced doesn’t charge one. Bottom line, very bad experience and POOR attitude by the service manager. More

Took it in for oil change and change oil message is popping up. Not sure what that's about. I think I liked Honda better. When you take it into service they come out and talk to you about what's going popping up. Not sure what that's about. I think I liked Honda better.
