I was referred to Roy @ Bell Ford by a co-worker who has purchased from him for many years. I found Roy to be very curteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Craig was very pleasant and patient while I learned over the phone how to transfer funds from my bank for the down payment. When the voice commands and bluetooth systems started malfunctioning, Roy saw to it that the problem was addressed asap. Thank you Michelle, Justin and Jimmy for looking into this issue. Thank you Roy for being there every step of the way. I did have an issue with the loaner car being very dirty and was told there wasn't time to clean it.
