I bought a car the first week of August. Called 10x and left voicemails/emails for them to let me know what the status of my registration and plates cause they were expiring on 9/2. No one Called 10x and left voicemails/emails for them to let me know what the status of my registration and plates cause they were expiring on 9/2. No one called back or follows up with me from there, if im pleased or displeased, it was kind of like off you go, have a nice life. My last car experience was not like this. Saturday 9/27 I went to the dealership and my plates were still not in. It is now 10/2...my plates are expiring for the 2nd time and I can't seem to get in contact with anyone. I've left more voicemails/emails and even spoke to the bot on the website. Not happy with the way things have gone so far. More
