Hi Peter, thank you for your feedback. Please know we would NEVER put you and your family at risk. When you originally brought your 2005 Nissan Quest to the dealership, we simply reprogrammed your power sliding door. At the time, we didn't realize there had been body work done elsewhere, and the body filler around the door & handle was ultimately causing the door to malfunction. We did not charge you the second or third time you came here, and we also provided a rental vehicle free of charge. In addition to this, we are refunding your money for the first time you came here. I hope you can appreciate the customer service we gave to you during this time. Knowing Nissan no longer makes the part for the handle, we provided Nissan's phone number to you in hopes they will be able to manufacture one for you. Until then, we advised you to turn the power door switch off and open/close the door manually. It's unfortunate that it got to this point, because again, we never had any intentions of upsetting you.
