Scott Gabrenya is the worse. He’s the epitome of a car dealer.. worried about numbers and not making customers happy. Will never do the right thing. This is by far the worst dealer I have experienced. I am a three time Nissan owner two of which I purchased at Woodfield Nissan. The service manager leads the way with being uncooperative. In fact it was the worst customer service experience in my lifetime. I asked him who else I could speak to and he said there was no one else. He was wrong! Do not go to Woodfield Nissan. My Rouge is still under warranty and three different times they stated the airbag light came on. I made an appointment and they stated that a water b My Rouge is still under warranty and three different times they stated the airbag light came on. I made an appointment and they stated that a water bottle must have knocked it lose. Another time they had me make an appointment and I left it there all day and the same happened, nothing wrong. This past weekend, I didn't notice the light but when I went in for an oil change, they stated it was on and that I needed to bring it back on Tuesday. But then said they would give me a loaner due to it being a safety issue. Long story short, they called today and said that the sensor under the seat was knocked lose due to water bottles being underneath. They said I owe for the technician for looking at it and for the diagnostic. On top of this they stated I owe for the loaner car. A few hundred dollars because they said I caused it. They later stated I now owed $177 and was doing ME a favor. The car is still under warranty. This has been an ongoing issue with the light. They pick and chose when they want to charge. Are the service people that sign you in on commission because this is ridiculous. If they had stated that I were possibly responsible for this, I would have taken it elsewhere to get it checked out. They assured me it's under 36,000 miles so I have the warranty. They won't explain why the last time I was not charged when the cord was lose under the seat, although they keep notes on the vehicles. I do NOT recommend their service department. They are looking to make money somewhere and now this is what they pull. More
