Trust issues I took my 2013 Acadia in because it has stalled on June 5. The fuel pump had leaked according to the technician but they also recommended I have fron I took my 2013 Acadia in because it has stalled on June 5. The fuel pump had leaked according to the technician but they also recommended I have front and rear brakes put on which I agreed to. Once I picked it up from the service center the brakes did not feel different at all and, in fact, felt worse. Fast forward to last week when I almost rear ended someone because the brakes would not stop within 2 to 3 seconds of pressing and only going 30 miles an hour. Took it in and the technician said everything was fine that the brakes seemed fine to them. When I was leaving the service center it was apparent to me that new brakes had just been put on as it felt quite a bit more touchy. I feel someone over looked putting the brakes on the first time and instead of admitting that, told me that everything was fine. Rich Bentley always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. This review is in no way a reflection on him. More
Harper Review 2nd time my family has experienced horrible service. Salesman didn’t know anything. He had quoted us what our payment was going to be. Ended up being 2nd time my family has experienced horrible service. Salesman didn’t know anything. He had quoted us what our payment was going to be. Ended up being $500 more when we met with financial department. Was told truck was not going to be sold with bed cover, however it showed with it on. Waited over an hour to speak with financial department. Financial department not willing to shop around for better rates. Salesman was not willing to negotiate. Bought the vehicle, and Nobody offered to detail it, fill it up with gas. Vehicle was sold as used due to it having only 700 miles on it, but we paid new price on it. Because it was sold as “used” we couldn’t get a good interest rate or GmC would not finance us (as we were told by the finance department). When we were shopping for our Yukon denali over a year ago, my wife was told she couldn’t afford it before they had asked what her income was, credit score or debt to income ratio. went else where and was qualified for 0% interest with no problem getting a loan for a brand new $78,000 denali.
