He is caring, honest, and extremely knowledgable about vehicles and how to get you into the vehicle you want for the price you can afford. He felt like family. My wife and I were leasing a truck from a Chevy dealership but decided our family would benefit more from trading in the lease and financing a larger truck. When we initially signed our lease, we were assured by the finance manager there would be no fees/penalties for turning the lease in early as long as we got another vehicle from them. But, when we went back to the Chevy dealership to discuss our options, it was a completely different story. The salesman drowned us in "negative equality" fees as well as additional costs they said would not occur. It was a disaster. Feeling defeated and out of options, the next night we decided to check out Plaza Buick GMC to get a second opinion. That is when we met Gus. Gus took the time to learn about our current situation and gave us options as to what we could do. There was no attempt to confuse us or pressure us into anything. In fact, he got us into the exact truck we wanted and it was within our price range! There were no fees or any attempt to nickel and dime us like the previous delearship did. It is because Gus genuinely cared about our situation and was upfront and honest with us from the start that we will be coming back to The Plaza for ALL of our future vehicles. Thank you, Gus. More
