The problem I had was when Nancy was setting up my OnStar it took a while because a previous sales person set it up for another potential buyer and he/she didn't purchase the vehicle and the sales person failed to cancel the OnStar. Nancy made several calls to resolve the problem and I was eventually on my way. Nancy arrived at the dealership early to accommodate my schedule which I appreciated very much. The atmosphere is wonderful! With free ice cream treats and free car washes it's unbeatable. A great place to purchase a vehicle! More

Sold me a 2015 Canyon While researching for a change in vehicles for months I ended up working with Marc Garcia to purchase the first pickup I've owned in over 15 years. M While researching for a change in vehicles for months I ended up working with Marc Garcia to purchase the first pickup I've owned in over 15 years. Marc is young and new to sales. That said, every piece of information he did not know he went and found immediately. He was relentless in learning new information... especially with some of my non-standard questions. He never pressured the sale and gave me everything I wanted to know and then gave me almost a week to commit. In my opinion, that is the best type of salesman to have. Despite the lack of experience Marc has the heart and with a little experience and time on the floor all I can say is watch out managers. I intend to send all friends and colleagues that are interested in GM products to Marc and Plaza. I hate having payments again but I love my truck and my experience. Finally, Marc. Stay the way you are today. You are disarming, inquisitive, and determined to answer every question.
