Kia Maintenance Review Fast and efficient. Kyle did a wonderful job in checking my concerns for the vehicle, which were brakes/rotars and oil change. Brakes and rotars came Fast and efficient. Kyle did a wonderful job in checking my concerns for the vehicle, which were brakes/rotars and oil change. Brakes and rotars came back fine. Stayed would need to have struts put in soon but nothing of huge concern. Will take the Kia in for another oil change soon and will get another look at for struts. Only thing that could’ve been better was that the oil sticker for knowing when I need another oil change was not placed on the windshield. More

Visit that could have waited I had an appointment to fix a recall issue, the part had been ordered before the appointment. After I arrived, I was told the part had been back order I had an appointment to fix a recall issue, the part had been ordered before the appointment. After I arrived, I was told the part had been back ordered. Had I been notified ahead of the appointment, I would have rescheduled since I live an hour from the dealership. I did have an oil change while I was there but that wasn’t urgent and could have waited also. Overall, I was a little disgusted that I wasn’t informed ahead of time that the part wasn’t available and given the opportunity to reschedule. More
