Service department is friendly, prompt and wipes surfaces down to prevent spread of COVID-19. They are however in either complete denial of how an eight speed automatic transmission should work, incapable of down to prevent spread of COVID-19. Though I was happy with the service they did do, a basic oil change, I was not pleased with the other $4,000 worth of fixes they claimed my car needed. Jared in service did a fantastic job keeping me updated on my repairs and the delays because Covid. Repairs appear to be perfect. I was expecting to see employees wearing masks. It was disappointing. I realize it doesn’t effect how they do their job but if I were in charge of a business that dealt with the public I’d make them wear disappointing.
