Woodhouse Buick GMC of Omaha - Service Center

Very confused about your honesty. The repair started out costing 600, ask them to turn into warranty to see if they cover it, supposedly GMC declined so the guy told me Woodhouse would cover half. Got it fixed he said he found a way to help me out and it cost me 175. Read paperwork at home and it says it was warranty and I paid deductible of 175. Not sure what is going on there. I feel like they were trying to take advantage me and I really don't know what it should or shouldn't cost. They were very nice, but slow. Sat there waiting for 4 hours 20 minutes. More

Compared to Woodhouse Missouri Valley, I was disappointed. I’m used to getting my vehicle being washed after each service and getting vacuumed as soon as I arrive at the service department.
