The overall experience was exceptional. When I walked onto the lot Judd and all of his co-workers were very friendly. Judd was great to work with, I was referred to him by a co-worker from work and when I called him prior to entering the dealership he was extremely helpful and willing to help me with my new vehicle purcha co-worker from work and when I called him prior to entering the dealership he was extremely helpful and willing to help me with my new vehicle purchase. He was able to balance multiple customers at the same time without making anyone wait and was very polite. Judd gave me a no haggle attitude on the price, I didn't spend 3 weeks going back and forth on the price of the vehicle, when it came to buying the vehicle the paperwork was ready and I was out the door in 45 minutes. Anytime I had a question I was able to reach him on his cell phone and his response time to getting back to me was great. No complaints, it ended up being a great experience and I feel like I got a great car for the price I could afford. More

We first became aware of Atchley back in 1987 when I was first transferred here with the Air Force. We were looking for a used car for our daughter to drive to high school. Of all the places we looked at th first transferred here with the Air Force. We were looking for a used car for our daughter to drive to high school. Of all the places we looked at the time, Atchley was the best experience. When we purchased that car you would have thought we just bought a brand new car. That's how well we were treated. Coming back to Atchley for this buying experience was even better. My wife spent more time at the dealership since I was working. Once we made the decision to buy and my wife had completed her portion of the paperwork then Judd called me and I finished what I could with him over the phone and online. After work we came back and completed the rest. We know Judd was due to get off work but he stayed until we were done. Great salesman. Great experience.
