Not a very pleasant reception, told her why I was here and that I had my truck twice previously for the same problem. She put out that she had to deal with a rework customer and told me she could not eve and that I had my truck twice previously for the same problem. In my view the real test for a dealership is the service it provides. This can be particularly telling when the customer is only passing through. Case in point. My wife and I were traveling through the a it provides. This can be particularly telling when the customer is only passing through. Case in point. My wife and I were traveling through the area towing my 5th wheel RV when the "water in fuel" trouble light appeared on the dash of my Ford diesel truck. I decided to call Atchley Ford first thing in the morning because of the outstanding reviews from this website. Service Advisor Todd Schmitz answered telling me to bring my truck in and they would take care of it this morning. I arrived around 8:30 AM and was on my way by 9:45 AM. The bill was only $110.00 to replace my fuel filter and clean out the fuel line. Remember, this is a diesel engine. Fantastic! In my world it is unheared of to be able to get into the service dept. at a dealership first thing on a Monday morning, get back out in little over 1 hour and the service bill is reasonable. Then there is the very courteous way I was treated by everyone. Physically this isn't the biggest dealership I have seen, but I think they are in the top 1% of the best for sevice I have experienced. I travel the U.S. quite a bit both for business and pleasure and am familiar (unfortunately at times) with Ford dealerships across the country. I do not give glowing reviews lightely. Why Ford? Not only do I own Fords, the company I work for purchases several hundred Ford trucks every year. I found them reliable and tough. Hey, reliable like Atchley Ford and tough on prices like Atchley Ford! By the way the friends we stayed with in this area also are now duely impressed with Atchely Ford. More

This was the most expensive oil change I ever had. Ended up buying a new car. I visit Atchley regularly for service work and check used inventory. Chris escorted me around the used lot as expected and then up buying a new car. I visit Atchley regularly for service work and check used inventory. Chris escorted me around the used lot as expected and then directed me to a new vehicle of the type I was interested in that was deeply discounted. Because I was a semi-active buyer, Chris made the decision to buy a new car relatively easy. He was thorough in explaining the cars features and the various maintenance and warranty extensions available. Because I keep my cars for a long time I was interested in and purchased these extensions. I have traded with Atchley for 20 years. I find the dealership honorable and the staff competent. More

We took our Mercury to Atchley and had some service done to the front end and we had them put 2 new front tires on it. One of our new tires exploded while parked in the garage. There was damage to the fron to the front end and we had them put 2 new front tires on it. One of our new tires exploded while parked in the garage. There was damage to the front spring and struts due to the car crashing down onto the garage floor cement after the tire exploded. The tire could have exploded while we were on the road causeing personal injury to multiple persons our selves included. The tire was 2 days old. More
