As soon as I sent a request for information for the car I was looking for, Jason Gasbarro ( our salesman) contacted me immediately with all the information he can on the cars. Not only that, he made me and my family feels extremely comfortable with the whole entire purchased. I could have not ask for a better service because he literally is the best. I have purchased many vehicle in the past from many different dealerships and usually the salesman would trick you with the price from the monthly payment or try to make things more complicated and strike you with a hidden fees, most of the time they only care about getting your money. Not at all when it comes to Woodland Motor and Jason, words cannot describe how amazing he is as a salesman and now I can consider him as a friend. He treat you with respect, and care as if you are his family member. He showed legendary customer service, professional, and compassion that I never have experience anywhere in the past. There was a little complication after our first test drive but he made sure to take care of everything and keep us updated with all the news about the car along the way. I truly cannot recommend enough from the experience I have from this whole purchased. The whole entire experience is nothing but flawless thanks to Jason, I don’t often write review but with the whole experience I got out from this I think everyone should know this. Thank you Jason for everything you did for me and my family. Definitely recommended you to see Jason if you need to purchase a car from this dealership. More

Fast, efficient, with no pressure or hassles. I chose the truck I was interested in on the internet. Within a hour I had most of the paperwork done. Worth the drive All I can say is I can't be more pleased with the customer service and work done at Woodland Motors. Richard in the service department, contacted me t All I can say is I can't be more pleased with the customer service and work done at Woodland Motors. Richard in the service department, contacted me to let me know why my vehicle was having issues as well as what my warranty would cover. My vehicle was done in a timely manner. Then he took the time to go over the work invoice and answer any questions. This was the complete opposite experience I had with the Kuni Chevrolet service department. I went there first with the same issues. They did not submit the complete job to see what my warranty would cover. I was just told that the job was denied but was not given a reason. Then they told me I needed more than $3000 worth of work and seemed to be upset when I took my car home. I'm glad I decided to take my car to Woodland Motors to get a second opinion. Not only did they fix the issues I brought it in for, they submitted the complete job and found out the warranty would pay for 75% of the job. None of the issues that Kuni alleged were found by Woodland Motors. I left Woodland Motors paying around $600 which $200 of that was the deductible for the warranty. The other were things that were not covered as I had a limited warranty. Woodland Motors service department took care of the issue, saved me money and Richard gave me exceptional customer service. I'll never go to Kuni or recommend anyone to Kuni Chevrolet again. Because of Richard in the service department at Woodland Motors, they have my trust and a customer for life. Give them a try, it's worth the drive. More
