Such a Great Experience! My husband and I were on the lookout for a new car. We did a lot of research and decided to go and look at cars. Our very first stop was Woody Smith H My husband and I were on the lookout for a new car. We did a lot of research and decided to go and look at cars. Our very first stop was Woody Smith Hyundai in Idaho Falls. We were quickly joined by Rick, who did an excellent job listening to not only our needs and "wants" in a car but also our budget. He showed us a variety of cars and helped us realize what was feasible within our budget. We ended up going on a test drive in a 2015 Santa Fe Sport. He made sure that we took the time to understand the features of the car and wanted to see if they met our criteria. Something both my husband and I appreciated is that he asked if we were just looking around today or if we were wanting to buy something that day. He respected our decision of "just looking around." He never once pushed us in a direction where we felt uncomfortable. After that we went around the rest of the day looking at other dealerships and cars. Let's just say it wasn't as great of an experience. We quickly found ourselves calling Rick back and asking if we could crunch numbers. With his and Andy's help we were able to get the best deal within our budget! We were so happy! We know Andy and Rick worked hard for us to get there, we felt like we were heard and they appreciated us as customers. We ended up buying the Santa Fe Sport which we also love and would highly recommend. But overall a fantastic first time "new" car experience for us.
