IS THIS YOUR BEST? I found a vehicle online using “carguru” and contacted the dealership regarding the vehicle. They responded quickly via email as almost all dealership I found a vehicle online using “carguru” and contacted the dealership regarding the vehicle. They responded quickly via email as almost all dealerships do, once I responded with a question regarding the value of my trade I was provided with his personal cellphone number. Sent him all the information he inquired about and it shows he “read” the text minutes after. No response, I sent him another text 5 hours later, again it shows he “read” the text no response and still nothing at this time. I have been in contact with over 50+ dealerships using cargurus over the years and none have been lacking in the customer service department such as this dealership or salesman. First impressions are everything and if you can’t even respond to a text why would I choose you guys over the other. Let’s do better. More

Dirty vehicle with no fuel I drove from states away to purchase a vehicle that I wanted and I did get the vehicle I wanted...however, the vehicle was dirty inside and out which I drove from states away to purchase a vehicle that I wanted and I did get the vehicle I wanted...however, the vehicle was dirty inside and out which I not happy about. The worst part is they gave me a vehicle that was completely empty on fuel and I honestly did not know if I would make it the few blocks down the road to fill up. The whole process seemed great up until you sign the paperwork and take the vehicle. I feel like they took the absolute cheapest way out in not even providing a car wash and full tank of fuel. More
