This dealership is extremely busy moving a lot of cars. I suspect this is why the initial email and phone contact with them was short and disconcerting. I did scour the internet and I could not find the car I wanted at a lower price. They were way lower on price than anyone else, so I overlooked the initial unpleasantness and initiated the purchase. Once they determine I was a serious buyer the service got much better. In the end, I was very satisfied and happy with the purchase. As an opportunity for improvement, I would recommend that they provide great service and communication from initial contact. More
