Showed out off the blue and were the first ones in the door. What a great experience and great choice of dealership. I’ve bought 33 cars in the last 22 years and this was by far the easiest. Would have been easier had I made an appointment. Vehicle only had one key, but parts and service came through with another fob and programming. Floor mats were also missing, but had other 2018’s on the lot to rectify that as well. Detail shop worked swiftly. Sarah in finance was very organized and well spoken. Finally, I can’t say enough about Polly our saleswoman. It was freezing cold and snowing, but she was a grinder. Swapping plates, finding floor mats and making sure we were well taken care of.
