WOW moment for John Provolt I recently had a need for a used pickup truck. I had bought my last vehicle from Woody’s and Polly and Neva had really done a great job of helping me I recently had a need for a used pickup truck. I had bought my last vehicle from Woody’s and Polly and Neva had really done a great job of helping me find the vehicle that was right for me so I decided to go and seek their help once again. Not only did I find what I was looking for I found so much more. It was easy to find a truck to meet my needs given the large inventory and the helpfulness of Polly and Neva. So the truck I wanted was used and it was an As- is No- warranty vehicle and I fully understand the terms of this agreement and had no problems excepting them. When I went to pick up the vehicle Polly and Neva told me that during an MVI inspection of the vehicle they had found some issue that would prevent the vehicle from passing inspection and they would need to be dealt with before it would pass. I understood that do to the agreement these would be my responsibility. But what happened next I was not prepared for. Polly informed me that the management at Woody’s had decided to accept the cost for the repairs and they would fix the vehicle at no added cost to me, not because they had too for I understood the agreement but because they appreciated my repeat business and they wanted to. I was so thankful and really just blown away. It was defiantly a WOW moment for me. The whole experience was truly an enjoyable one and one I will never forget. I can’t thank Polly and Neva and entire workforce at Woody’s enough for making my experience and my day such a WOW moment. Truly a 5 star experience and truly a 5 star dealership. When you buy a vehicle there are always a lot of decisions that have to be made but I know one decision that I won’t have to make, and that is the decision of where I will go to purchase my next vehicle, because for me it will defiantly hands down be at Woody’s.
