Service Department Great service, when my passenger rear window rolled down and wouldn't come back up. I was in Branson so I called Deryck to see if he could help me. So Great service, when my passenger rear window rolled down and wouldn't come back up. I was in Branson so I called Deryck to see if he could help me. So he looked up the vehicle and told me where the screws were located to take the door panel off in order to help me temporarily get the window back up. Unfortunately I was not successful.
