I didn't enter the showroom and drove around looking for the truck I wanted to look at. I found it across the street at their overflow lot. I started looking at it and loved it from the get go. Then Jake Brinkley pulled up and started showing another customer the truck. My heart sank, but Jake assured me they were just looking and weren't really interested. I was relieved. Jake then introduced himself and asked if I was working with anyone. Since I wasn't, I accepted his invitation to assist me. From that moment, I knew I was going to have a good experience. He was not only professional but personable! He didn't try any gimmick to get me to buy the truck, just straight forward. He made me feel like a friend buying a car. We ended up coming to terms and I left with the truck I sat out to buy. The finance guy and contract guy (names escape me) we're pretty awesome as well. Had I not bought this truck I still would have enjoyed my experience here! A++ More

The most important is, the price was really compatible comparing with other dealers from KC. I will definitely recommend them to other customers. You should definitely give them a chance if you see some cars that you like from them! More

They are a no haggle dealer on the cars they sell The salesman Scott Cooper (Scoop) was very friendly and helpful with no pressure to buy the vehicle. They are a no haggle dealer on the cars they sell but you still need to negotiate to get the best deal on your trade-in. They originally offered me $16,000 for my trade, I was able to get them up to $19,500 for it after working with Scoop and the sales manager. You also have to have a trade-in and finance the vehicle thru them to get the advertised price. I'm only give them 3 stars because they didn't bother to tell me they only had one of the fobs and backup keys for the key-less entry and ignition until after I signed the paperwork. They said they would sell me a new remote at cost and only charge me $39 to program it and cut the backup key instead of the normal $79 charge. Only issue was the parts and service departments were closed and I would have to drive another 3 hour round trip to get it done. I got it from my local Dodge dealer for a total cost of $320. The other issue was they claim to do a 125 point inspection on the Certified used cars they sell. After I got home I checked the tire pressure and 3 of the 4 tires were between 3 and 4 psi low on air. I checked the oil and it was black and 3" above the full mark. I checked the oil life display and it showed 70% indicating to me the dealer hadn't changed it. I called Scoop and he said they always change the oil on cars they get in used and gave me the name of the service manger to talk with to find out the date they changed the oil. I talked to the service manger and he looked the car up by the VIN and said they had no record that they had done anything to the car. He said if I wanted to bring it in they would change the oil for free. I wasn't going to drive 3 hours for an oil change. More

Instead I found professional sales people who were attentive and willing to engage in old-fashioned customer service.
