Good, but mostly on par with other dealerships. Don't get me wrong the actual experience was pretty good BUT there are a few things I was less than happy about. I'll break down with pros vs cons: Don't get me wrong the actual experience was pretty good BUT there are a few things I was less than happy about. I'll break down with pros vs cons: Pros: Car was clean and in working order. Salesmen were upfront about mechanical history, worked in a timely and professional manner, and were friendly and easy to talk to. Cons: I got bare bones for my trade-in (based on KBB) and that's after I got them to come back with about $1,000 higher than the first offer. Looking now the same vehicle is priced at nearly $6,000 over that so I am now a little skeptical about the no "funny money" policy. I had WeatherTech mats in my trade and the purchased vehicle had no mats at all and I was given cheap cloth mats. I asked about the previous owner being a smoker and they didn't know but now I can DEFINITELY tell they were. I know it will fade with time but it is still a nuisance nonetheless. Overall: I feel like I made a purchase that was within, albeit the bottom of (for my trade), 'fair' value ranges. I am satisfied but not ecstatic. More

Bought a 2015 pickup with 35k miles that has had multiple major mechanical failures. All they do is detail them and send them down the road. "125 point inspection" yeah right! I definitely wont be back. More
