Overall a good experience To start with the negatives-I had originally contacted the dealership by email to ask if a particular vehicle was still available. I got a quick resp To start with the negatives-I had originally contacted the dealership by email to ask if a particular vehicle was still available. I got a quick response that my email was received but never got a response indicating if the vehicle was still there or not. (would not have been as much of an issue if I didn't live over 2 hours away). As it turns out the vehicle had already sold. After looking at other vehicles and financing, it was determined a new vehicle would be my best option but I was not asked my preferences among those options. Now, the positives, Jake was patient and helpful while we reviewed the used vehicle options and listened well to the features I was looking for. The dealership was really busy and he did a decent job when he was asked to juggle two customers at the same time. When I emailed him to ask about the floor mats that weren't in the jeep I purchased, he got them in a box and expressed them to me double quick which was really nice. I also found that the same vehicle at the local dealership had a higher msrp than Woody's. I would have liked to have had a little more conversation when he started looking at the new vehicles, see the options, etc. I did have to have the a/c charged at the first warm weather but that was because it left the factory with less than a full charge More

Nice and easy. I've been searching for a few weeks on getting a used Toyota FJ Cruiser. These SUVs are little tanks and I wanted safety also. I found the one I wanted and made a purchase sight unseen. It was a big commitment. I was nervous about being disappointed. I was not. I traveled from St. Louis to KC and Jerry picked me up from the airport. Of course no used vehicle is going to be perfect. Your website has plenty of info and great pics of the vehicles. I have a few things to fix but the price was right for the vehicle I purchased. These FJs are going up in value now and I will have it for many years.
