A VERY REAL CUSTOMER BUT VERY DISAPPOINTED Disappointed. I really wanted their Red fully loaded Ram Van. Why she even answered the phone is beyond me since she avoided answering my questions and just kept repeating its this much and call us when your ready. Im ready, Im ready I repeated, okay she replied, I'll call you back. With no call back from Polly, Im thinking they must want to sell this car to someone else I guess. By late in the day before accepting another dealers deal I thought I would call one more time and talk directly to a manager this time. I explained I did not want to deal with this Polly person and the manager spent the time answering my questions. This time Polly started working with me again and I just figured what the xxxx, she apologized. Even though her used Van was more than a year newer one, heck it had the options I wanted and tried again by sending them my finance application. The financing was more than twice the rate than my approved finance rate and it took them a couple hours to find out while the other dealer took 15 minutes, why so long for a lousy rate beats me. Maybe its a ploy to get you to pay their $600 fee for their financing, I don't know. Anyways if I wasn't through enough, I figured what the heck I'll use my financing and place a deposit to hold the car. Their manager Guy his is name He calls me and says there deposit to hold a car of $500 is non refundable. I asked him If I get there and find either the vehicle is not the way as claimed or is damaged. His answer was no refunds no matter what, see our website and review the car you want first. At that point I can't believe my hears. Im thinking Im going to fly out from California and find a problematic car and turn around and go home with my tail between my legs feeling really stupid I let some dealership scam me good. Hopefully you will avoid their tricks and poor attitude. By the way all the rest of the dealerships I talked with wanted my business and were very helpful, isn't that something one would expect? Warranty Service on '16 Jeep Worked through my salesman Jeff Henderson to take care of an issue with the high beams on our 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. He had a loaner waiting for me when I dropped the car off. Bob and Kelsea took care of me in the service department and were very friendly and helpful. Bob took care of the issue with the headlight assembly and the loose trim around the rear wheel. He ran into more issues than expected but had another part shipped in over night and had it fixed the next day. More
