I told him that he would never find a car with that combination of options--he proved me wrong! The car was sitting at Woody's in Chillicothe, MO. My brother and dad drove 200 miles to take a look and make sure that the car was as good as it seemed--it was. Sales advisor Polly Applebury helped me make the purchase from almost 1000 miles away. We loved the van and the low pressure sales atmosphere. When I took it to my mechanic to have an all wheel alignment he said the left-front, lower ball-joint would not pass the motor vehicle safety inspection. When I contacted the dealership, Guy Vanderlinden said to bring it up and they would look at it. When I arrived I was greeted by Deryck Koenig in the service department. He looked at the bad ball-joint, replaced it, and did a four wheel alignment in less than 90 minutes. Guess what? No charge! Bob K. and Kelsea W. were great to work with as well. They DO deserve a five-star rating. It is nice to be treated with respect and to deal with a dealership with such integrity, and great people working together to let that integrity be seen.
