Scott also answered and returned every phone call in a timely fashion. Scott arranged for me to be picked up at the airport and transported to the dealership by one of the Good Ole Boys (Mr. George) who provided good conversation and information for the 90 mile drive. When I arrived the car was out front and I was handed the keys for a test drive. After I signed a few forms I was all good to go; in and out the way it should be. Even after I purchased the car I was still sent quite a few text and emails thanking me for my business and wishing my family and I a Merry Christmas. Really enjoyed my experience at Woody's and it was well worth the flight from Ohio to Missouri to purchase my dream car. I'd personally recommend Woody's and The Scott Cooper experience to anyone. Polly Applebury worked with me to provide information, answer my questions, and complete the paperwork for my purchase. I flew into Kansas City from Wisconsin on a Saturday morning and was picked up at the airport by Jim George. After an enjoyable and safe drive to Woody's, despite the terrible wind, snow, and ice, I arrived to find the Durango out front waiting for me. I was met by Polly and she made sure the Durango was exactly what I was expecting. We briefly did some paperwork to get temporary plates and I was quickly on my way driving my new vehicle back home. On the way home I was called by both Polly and Jim to make sure I was pleased and successfully navigating my way back home in the difficult weather. I was initially hesitant to purchase an expensive vehicle from half-way across the country, but the entire experience was seamless and I could not ask for better customer service!
