Too many gremlins My overly suspicious nature was not alleviated by the "gremlins" that seemed to pop up a couple weeks after an oil change. First the Wiper motor burne My overly suspicious nature was not alleviated by the "gremlins" that seemed to pop up a couple weeks after an oil change. First the Wiper motor burned up because of "sludge" in the holding bottle. Next the check engine light came on. New gas cap fixed for about 10 days, then had to have the whole system replaced. These fixes were in excess of $200. After I had all the oils changed in the oil holding parts, the check engine light came on again. Had it repaired because the fuel pump and fuel level gauge was again attacked by a gremlin. Had this done by another trusted mechanic to the tune of $389. Just kept getting more and more! If it keeps happening now, then I truly got a LEMON. Course, none of this was covered by warranty. Just never had a Jeep give me these kind of fits and will seriously look for another brand on my next purchase. More

I had the pleasure of be served by Jeff Henderson and Cory Huffman; both Sales Advisors were very professional. I originally came to Woody's to inquire and test drive another vehicle, and ended up test driving several vehicles before finding the Dakota that I ended up purchasing. Never once did I feel pressured to buy something I was unsure nor did I ever feel I was being treated less than fairly but was treated with honesty, respect, and friendliness. Two months later, the Dakota has run very well and made a trip from Chillicothe to Baltimore, Maryland and back. If you are looking for a used vehicle, I highly recommend Woody's Automotive Group to you. More

Excellent Value I used several on line sites to locate the car that I wanted at a price that seemed right. I found the 2016 Chrysler Limited Platinum at Cars.com which lead me to Woody's Automotive Group in Chillicothe, MO. I was looking for a new or low mileage 2016 model since I didn't care for the new Pacifica. I sent them an e mail with a few questions and got a reply from Scott Cooper. I talked to Scott a few times on the phone and was very pleased with his knowledge of the car and the process that they use when assisting customers who buy from their dealership. They offer free pick up at the Kansas City Airport (MCI) for customers who fly in which I did since I live in Oklahoma City. Charles picked me up on time and we had a nice conversation on the ride back to Chillicothe, turns out that we are both 79 years old, had a lot in common. Scott had all the papers ready and explained in detail everything needed to complete the deal. They go out of their way to provide good prices and service to their customers and its obvious since they are very busy with buyers coming in from many states to buy from Woody's.
