Since it was an 2009 we bought an extended warranty. Scott was not pushy or over bearing. Check engine light is on again so the warranty recommended will probably get used. Thanks for all your help it was a good experience! Plus they are fixing the sway bars at no charge to us which is great. Would look there again when we are looking for a new truck! More

Fantastic!! Very satisfying I talked to Curtis several times before we came down since it was a 3 hour drive. Curtis was very helpful and answered all our questions We didn't get offered as much as we wanted but they kept working with us and we came to an agreement. We love our Navigator. We also got the extended warranty and got a lot more coverage for the same price as anywhere else. Everyone was very friendly and make us feel very comfortable. I liked that everyone wasn't in suits and had fancy offices, just down to earth and not fancy. We will recommend Woody's to all our friends and family!! This was a 3 hour drive for us so we were hopeful that we could make a deal. When we got there the car we came to look at was parked up front for us to see. Curtis came out and opened up the car and let us take it for a drive. I was in love from the start. We got back to the store and we got together on pricing and then did our paperwork. The entire process was very quick. Much faster than our previous purchase at another dealership. At no point was there any pressure to purchase the car. A very laid back approach with no hassles. I have had the car for 3 weeks now and it was everything I hoped for. I would highly recommend Woody's and more specifically Curtis. He has stayed in contact with me after the purchase to make sure everything is doing well. I can also tell you that the same car priced out almost $4,000.00 more here in Saint Louis so 3 hours of drive time was well worth the savings. I know everyone sees glowing reviews and always wonder if it's real.... Well here's my one thing that I noticed that was weird. I did not get a full tank of gas upon purchase which I thought is pretty standard now a days. But I was anxious to get home so I didn't say anything to even give them a chance to rectify it. So no one but me to blame there and honestly I'm not that bothered by it. Thanks to everyone at Woody's for the help in getting me into my new play toy!!! More
