Easily one of the best experiences buying a car I have ever had. Polly promised she would absolutely take care of me BABY!!!! I had struggled to find this minivan anywhere. Once it popped up online, I called Polly to hold it for me while I drove 2 hours to claim it. They quickly valued my trade and gave me more than what Carvana offered for my car BABY!!. I was charged $595 to clear a code on my van. They knew I could perform this service myself because they had the instructions printed off telling me how to do it at home if the same code happene They knew I could perform this service myself because they had the instructions printed off telling me how to do it at home if the same code happened again. They should have told me that from the start instead of charging me that much money for basically driving my van around. More
