GREAT experience!!! I searched unlimited distance on Cargurus and they had the best price , lowest miles in the United States !! The customer service was stellar! I flew in from HTx. and when I called Peter to ask how much was deposit he said “no we don’t need a deposit just a picture of your flight itinerary !!” Not like other places that asked me to put down $1000 to hold on my Credit card ..... I am usually skeptical of used car salesman but it was comfort from the moment I contacted Woodys all the way from exiting in my Mercedes Benz!! Thank you Peter , Polly , Brie and Randall ... I’ll definitely refer friends and family!!! More
Leave it to my husband to find the car we wanted 300 miles away. After a couple of calls to verify it was still there, and a day trip, we enter Woody's. What a bee hive! The place hummed with activity and our advisor Polly, (I say advisor because I never felt like we were being sold) seemed to juggle several tasks at once. Patience is the key! You wont be forgotten or neglected, but checked on in spurts! so no whining. Happy place, fun...lots of smiles. Polly's trusted assistant Bryanna A. was also a Blessing, as was Heather who brought it all home with the paperwork. Easy. Mission accomplished after a total 10 hours of driving. In with our F150 and out with our Lincoln. More

We found Woodys throu This review is going to be long. We were in the market for a new truck because we wanted something bigger to tow our camper. We found Woodys through Autotrader and they had the best selection of used trucks. Found one We liked for a decent price, so we expressed interest and set up an appoint to go test drive the truck. Woodys is 3 hours from where We live,but based on reviews we read we figured it was worth it. The prices were way below market value and figure that would make it worth the drive. Our experience started out good,but quickly went down hill after testing driving the truck we came to look at. Woody does a good job of taking pictures for the internet,but failed to show that this truck had damage to the rear bumper. The damage looked like someone had tried to cover it up, but did a poor job of it. We brought this to the attention of the saleman Jason. He procced to tell us that we inspect all our vehicles and the price reflects the condition. He didn't seem to concerned about the damage and that the picture or discription on the website didn't include this information. This should have been our cue to get up and walk out,but we already drove 3 hours. We get this is not on the sales person but it just felt like he blew it off as no big deal. Well, it is a big deal especially when you drive 3 hours. We decided to look at a different truck they had on the lot, because we werenot buying one with damage on it. After test driving and looking over the second truck we decided this was the one. We went back in to talk to Jason about it. We told him we like this one and if we can agree on a price we will buy it. We told Jason we had a firm payment amount and if they could get it to that we would make a deal. They ended up coming back with a offer that was right at the upper limit of our budget, but with them being a no haggle dealship we knew it was going to be hard to get the price any lower. We were ready to make the deal, but we realized they didn't add the sales tax into the financing. They said it would only take a couple a mintues to add the sales tax, but we had to leave. We had to be home to take our kids to soccer practice. Jason called us about 2 hrs after we were still interested. We asked him what the payment would be after adding the taxes in. He told us and the payment went up $50 more a month. We asked if they would come down on price or give more for our trade in to get us to the payment we wanted. He told me that they are already not making anything on the deal because prices are so low and that they can't come down anymore. They may be a no haggle dealership, but not willing to come down a little to get payment where we want it is crazy. We were not asking for a lot and we were going to buy a truck thats being on their lot since August. He said we could remove the extended warrenty and it would be the payment we wanted. We told him we would need to talk about it and we would let him know. After talking we decided we couldn't beat this deal and want to buy this truck. We tried to contact Jason the next morning, but the receptionist said he was with a customer and put us in to his voicemail. We didn't hear back from him all day,so we tried again an hour before closing. Once again I was told he was with a customer. We only had one more day to make this deal because we had to leave to go out of town the next day. When we didn't hear back from Jason we called first thing Thursday morning. He answered this time and procced to tell us that he ended up having the day off yesterday. This response had red flags all over it, but we really wanted this truck so we ignored them. If he was truly off then why did the receptionist tell me he was with a customer rather then say he was not in. Against my wifes better judgement we drove another 3 hrs back to the dealership to finish the deal. Jason told me he would have the truck washed, fueled and ready to go when we got there. The truck was not washed or ready to go when we got there. The truck was also not full of fuel which we noticed when we start to leave. Which is not a big deal because we still had to sign all the paperwork,but it goes along with all the other lies. It felt like this whole time he just wanted to get the deal over with and get us out of there. There was no hand shakes(which i get because of covid) and no pictures take in front of the truck. It was you are all set and i will follow up with you in a couples days to see how things are going. We should have just never come back, but none of the dealers near us could even come close to this deal. We ended up buying from them even though our experince was not good. Would we buy from them again? Maybe but we would have to think long and hard about that. We spent a lot of money on a truck and expected better customer service. We even did all the stuff online to save time in the dealership, yet it still took them a long time to get approval for financing. We are happy with the truck and the conditon of it. I put that I would not recommend this dealership only because of how far we had to drive to make the deal and the experince we had. Had we lived close and had a bad experience I may have just chalked it up to one time thing, but to drive that far and have it happen again no thanks. Editng this review to add that they are holding our title for the truck hostage. They were quick to cash our down payment, but will not release our title. It has been almost 2 weeks. More

This dealership has been nothing but exceptional. I have bought 3 vehicles from here. The person to talk to is Polly Applebury and her assistant Brianna! I will buy a vehicle from anybody else! I had a horrible experience with a previous dealership so I came at everyone pretty hard. I feel 100% confident that I made the right decision on not only the vehicle I bought, but purchasing it through Woody’s. Best experience I have had with a dealership and a salesperson. I highly recommend not only Woody’s for your vehicle needs but Jason as well to help you find your perfect vehicle. You will not regret it! Ps: there was a couple of things not working properly and they fixed it on their dime, provided me with a loaner, at no cost to me. While fixing these two problems they came across another minor one. They called me and told me about it, they had already ordered the part and will schedule me for service as soon as it arrives. Peace of mind right there. They went above and beyond with their service! More
