Above and Beyond Excellent customer care I purchased a "as is" used Ford F-150 from Woody's back in late June. Within less than a month of owning the vehicle the engine block broke down and n I purchased a "as is" used Ford F-150 from Woody's back in late June. Within less than a month of owning the vehicle the engine block broke down and needed a full replacement. "As is" is that just that the dealer doesn't have to assist with anything as there are no warranties. When I called and asked if there was anything they could do, they sent me a check for 1000.00 to assist with the engine replacement! This is the customer care you can't find anywhere else anymore. They didn't have to assist but did! Woody's cares about you the customer and their reputation as a dealership that cares. I hit a rough spot and they weren't bound to help at all but they did go above and beyond! P.S. Polly is a saint! More
