Outstanding I have been in the market for a new car for about 3 years now. I am very picky and have high expectations because I do not want to "Settle" without al I have been in the market for a new car for about 3 years now. My friend had recommended Woody's a while ago and after talking to a few of their sales reps I have always said I wanted to work with this dealership but it just seemed so far from me and very hard for me to find a time to get there. I usually search for cars on KBB.COM and sure enough Woody's ALWAYS has the largest selection of the vehicle I am looking for with the options I want. Unfortunately every time I call the car I want has just sold or being sold (signs of a busy dealership). Yesterday was a different story I was IN LUCK! I live quite a ways away over in Southwest IA so I was coming a distance. I worked with Royce and Polly which were awesome about taking my demands over the phone. I basically said I am coming for this car TODAY, can you please give me a value for my trade with pictures over phone so I know if I can make this deal work or not, and please have it detailed and ready to go home with me today because I can only come once. I spent the drive working with my bank and Royce to work out my financing and when I got there it was up front ready for me to drive. The vehicle checked out perfect like the video I watched. Went right inside and got to the paperwork. I was in and out. Polly was so thoughtful and attentive to my son who was 6! She let him be a big helper and had snacks and drinks on hand waiting for us after our long trip! As an added bonus we got T-shirts!! What an awesome experience we had! WE LOVE OUR NEW DURANGO WITH VIDEO PLAYERS! My son has never behaved so well in a vehicle! THANK YOU SO MUCH POLLY AND ROYCE FOR SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE BUYING A NEW CAR! Great first experience! Royce was our main helper when it came to purchasing my 2016 Chevy Cruze, it’s my first car & he made everything so fast & easy. Best auto buying experience of my life Quite by accident we drove by Woody's in Chillicothe and spotted a Wrangler that really caught our eye. We have owned Wranglers since 1999 and had be Quite by accident we drove by Woody's in Chillicothe and spotted a Wrangler that really caught our eye. We have owned Wranglers since 1999 and had been seriously considering trading our 2013 2 dr Sahara for a new one. We filled out a questionnaire online for the dealership indicating our interest in the vehicle. We were contacted by Russ Singleton by email (my preference although Russ offered text, phone for answering questions). Russ was straight and to the point with his answers to our questions/concerns with quick responses. When we returned to Woody's to drive the new Wrangler and provide Woody's the opportunity to look at our 2013 Sahara, we were greeted by friendly/courteous employees and we were made to feel comfortable. After a test drive we braced ourselves for the "pitch" and "pressure". They never came. We were given the dealers discounted price and a figure for our trade. We countered with our figure and we quickly came to a mutual agreement on price. We were treated with respect and friendship and at no time were we pressured to do something we didn't want to do. This will NOT be the last business we will do with Woody's Automotive Group and Russ Singleton. Pam Allison very efficiently and in a timely manner prepared the necessary documents for our review and signatures. More
