World Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

I took my 2002 Chrysler Sebring Sedan to World Jeep Chrysler for LOF servic and to have control arm bushings installed. I had not received a call that the parts had been received, but thought they sho Chrysler for LOF servic and to have control arm bushings installed. I had not received a call that the parts had been received, but thought they should have been (turns out they had been back-ordered). I was greeted in a speedy and very friendly way. I was given a loaner without asking to use while the work was done. By the time I got home after a couple of errands, I had received a call. Turned out that the parts had not been received and that I could return at my convenience to pick up my car. I have since rfeceived a call that the parts have been received and set up another Saturday appointment to that control arm bushing instllation. Satisfaction is a word that I do not use frequently or lightly. But SATISFACTION is what I have consistently experienced during every visit to World Jeep Chrysler. Keep up the great work guys. The service department was friendly and helpful. My car was in for an oil change and low tire pressure. Rich advised some additional work, some of which was done that day. All personnel we met at the dealership to include receptionist, sales, service and management personnel were courteous and friendly and made us feel that they really wanted to please us and ensure we were satisfied with our buying experience and with the final results of our purchase. They succeeded! We were also very impressed with their new facility. John Suell was very informative and patient. We had a lot of questions and ask for many demonstrations. All these tasks were met with ease. Richard Warren was exceptionally helpful in taking me IMMEDIATELY for servicing when I went to this dealership on 8/17/11 with what I thought was a relatively minor problem with an appointment. When John the technician looked the car over he noticed that the front brakes were dangerously worn. In addition there was also a leak in the transmission pan. The service dept immediately starting working on these problems in addition to the front door lock being damaged after I gave them the go ahead to do so. Since I got to the dealership late that day, they would not be able to complete the work before closing time so they loaned me a courtesy car until I would be able to pick up my vehicle the next day at approx 6 PM. This was done at no extra charge to me. Everything was explained to me by Richard Warren in terms of the cost to fix all the things my car needed which I accepted. The entire staff was exceptionally polite and professional. More
