World Class Customer Service When I set the appointment the receptionist informed me that I would be dealing with Aaron; he made contact later that evening via email. I failed to respond due to the time so he followed up with another email the following day. That showed me, as a customer, that he cared about getting my business. He also called to confirm the appointment following my email response. At no time did I feel stressed or pressured when dealing with Aaron. He explained everything in detail and answered all questions my wife and I posed before making this purchase. A week later I had a tonneau installed by the dealership. I was in-and-out in a little over an hour. During my wait I was engaged by Mr. Allerheiligen, Customer Experience Manger, and Mr. James Baker who is also a customer experience representative. They explained World Fords goal of being number one in customer service. While waiting I observed them engage every customer in the lounge of the service department. They back their promise of being number one by the their actions. I highly recommend World Ford to anyone in the market to buy a new/used car. More

Well, the next day, Dan Blocker call I dropped off my Lincoln Navigator in for service. I have had great experience at World Ford Service in the past. Well, the next day, Dan Blocker called and advised me that my engine had a problem and with 211,000 miles, he recommended it was finally time to consider trading. So, I did several hours of research on line and with USAA Car Buying Service. I have only owned or leased Lincolns for 40 years, and loved the brand and reliability, For the past 12 years I was hooked on the Navigator, but I was also willing this time to look at the Ford Expedition. I went back to World Ford and my good personal friend, Billy Ray Hendrix, who works in their Parts Department suggested I talk with Marco Barlow in Sale. He told me he was great to work with and was not high pressure. He was right on both counts! I only intended to look at their inventory and then shop around for a couple of days. After meeting Marco, I was convinced that we could do business together. I looked at both 2017 and used Expeditions. Marco was extremely attentive and listened to what I had in mind. After couple of hours of talking with Marco, we were sitting down and negotiating a deal on a 2016 Expedition. I drove off the lot with it the same afternoon. In all of my years of car buying in 5 states, I rate Marco as the best customer service representative I have ever encountered. Thanks to Marco for all of his assistance. It was a real pleasure doing business with him. I have passed his name along to friends and gave him my highest recommendation. I have been driving my 2016 Expedition XLT now for a little more than a month and I am very pleased, especially with the great fuel economy and the performance of Ford's 365 HP turbo. After always owning V8's, I wasn't sure I would be happy with a 6 cylinders engine, especially in a full size SUV.
