"I had my 2015 Dodge Challenger Hellcat serviced by World..."

I had my 2015 Dodge Challenger Hellcat serviced by World Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram in August 2020, which took several days to complete the work requested. While my Hellcat was being serviced, it was stolen from the dealership lot. The dealership lot was unsecured and, after subsequently learning of the security measures in place at the dealership, I was surprised that customers' vehicles and keys (my key fob was also stolen from the dealership) are not more securely controlled. Upon learning of the theft, I went to the dealership to understand what circumstances allowed this theft to occur and was told that the dealers insurance policy would cover my loss. However, the dealer's insurance carrier subsequently notified me that the dealer refused insurance coverage for my loss; consequently, my insurance carrier needed to cover my loss. I will never use World Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram ever again nor recommend it to anyone else.

"Abdolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any..."

Abdolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any service department in my life ! ! ! After purchasing 2 new Ram 2500 trucks back to back within 8 months of each other, I had nothing but problems with both trucks. From replacing the first set of tires at only 10k miles, to the numerous recalls and back orders on parts. Bad batteries, bad starters, and then to top it off.... had to replace transmissions on both trucks before breaking 30k miles. If that was not enough.... I was treated like a second rate and non important customer.. once the parts were in to replace the transmission after waiting over a month.... The service manager advised me that he would work my truck back into the mix and probably get it back to me next week some time????? The sevice department was not helpful at all while both trucks on separate occasions were down for extended periods of time making me lose a substantial amount of money for my business during the busiest time of year. I assure you that the treatment I received from the service department and all the way up to the general sales manager..... I will be taking my business elsewhere for any and all future car or truck purchases.

they jerk you around until the warrenty runs out then they say oh well, honestly i dont think they know what they are doing, the other day my jeep was there for an ongoing issue they called me said it was done charged me over $500 and when i got in it xx eng light was still on and still the problem wasnt fixed......they are dumb

"ABS and 4WD Sensor Failure Repair"

One of the best experiences at an auto dealer ever!! We were strangers to their community and were treated like locals. Issac, another young man and most of all Tom PaPa, genial with a great sense of humor made us welcome right away. While they worked we were driven to and from a diner so we could have breakfast. A very friendly driver and a surprisingly good diner. A walk through with Issy to update ourselves on the new Jeeps was friendly and stress free even though he knew we were not local. All in a two and a half hour envelop from walk in to drive out. And the price was half of what we were guessing! Oh! And the car works great! A stress free six hour, drive back to Cape Cod. Dean was awesome !! He was patient and did his best to service everyone as he was working alone. Customer service skills were through the roof for this guy! Anytime you have a service contract it can be a bit difficult but he was not abrasive or rude. He kept in communication with me the whole time while we were working on the details of my issue. I appreciate people in service who truly have a calling. He def has added a star to the whole rating ... thanks Dean for your exceptional customer service, you made my experience outstanding!!

Bottom line, never once have we ever experienced anything other than help, honesty, professionalism, and 5 star care. That's why we purchase two cars at a time from WJ and will continue doing so. "Pleasantly surprised"

I purchased a used pickup and they stayed past closing time to get the truck ready for me. I had a low tire pressure sensor go off on the way home but the tire appeared fine. The next morning I had a flat and got some air in it before going to work. I called later and Shane said they would take care of the leak. Made an appointment with the Sercic Dept. for that afternoon. about an hour later the service manager tells me that there was something wrong with one of the front tires and that they would take care of both of them but could not get it done that day. They gave me a loaner and I picked the truck up the next afternoon after work. I did not ask for, or expect 2 new tires. Very much appreciated.
