Or call you if you prepay and order parts when they come in, the service department will run you through the ringer on any customer pay service that you may or may not need, and if you need a warranty issue taken care of, they probably won’t do it unless you wait 3-4 months to get into the service department with an appointment. You need a loaner vehicle?, to bad, they won’t give you one. You want good customer service?, to bad they don’t offer it. Their whole dealership is based off of the “wow” (women of world)Kia experience. That too is nothing but a joke as it’s merely a bunch of Middle Aged women on power trips that have spent way too much time in the tanning bed and drinking pumpkin spice lattes. Do not utilize this dealership or service department for any needs. They do not stand behind the customer, but rather decide to blame and accuse the customer for service damage to brand new cars.
