Went there after they contacted me, they told me I was approved for a certain monthly. Then when I told them I wanted to stay below that they showed me something 400$ out of my price range and said that’s approved for a certain monthly. Then when I told them I wanted to stay below that they showed me something 400$ out of my price range and said that’s all they had for me. Once I signed EVERYTHING they told me my paperwork wasn’t legit and I’d have to wait 2 days to receive my car. When I said I just wanted a refund they told me they couldn’t write me a check because it was after 5PM and that I could come back tomorrow. Even though I gave them cash they still would not give me my money back. 2 days later I’ve been calling and trying to get my vehicle or my money but it’s always something, they don’t have the correct check stubs, the finance company needs the title application, then they wouldn’t send it. Then once I complained to them they called me a child who has never purchased a vehicle when this is the 4th time in my 21 years and I’ve never been treated like this. More

Our salesman was Rudy. Kept us informed about what was going on. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in.
