DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I went to buy a new car which I did. I had my 2 kids with me so it was already stressful. It was not till I got home I realized they totally screwed me with completely different numbers and payment. I realize I should have paid closer attention when I signed and I am at fault as well, but really. I received a new RIO with no gas, no floor mats, my front plate was put on up side down ( had a friend fix it)!!!! Really disappointed with my whole experience. More

Sold me a car without the title I bought the car on May 5th and they gave me a temporary plate. Apparently they never had the title..and still don't. My plate expired over a week ago I bought the car on May 5th and they gave me a temporary plate. Apparently they never had the title..and still don't. My plate expired over a week ago. The only reason I found out there was a problem was because I called asking about it. They didn't try to solve the issue until I started calling about it. Now they keep giving me the same answer of "I think we'll get it on *this* day". Their customer service is terrible. I will file a complaint with the Secretary State Police tomorrow if they still don't have it. (I can't get plates for my car!!) More
