He was very polite and friendly, explained I detail all the information regarding the vehicles I wanted to see. He was so patient and did not rush me to make a precipitated decision on buying a car. Rudy Degaetabi is the man! Really love my Subaru, always feel safe when driving. Even hit a deer,(poor thing) and hardly felt the impact. The work was done in a timely manner, I like the way the car is driving now. If we do need a new Subaru, we will be going back to World Subaru and Rudy would be the main reason. I mean, you can get a great Subaru most anywhere, but the service department is top notch. Besides Rudy, everyone in that department are pleasant and ready to help.
