This was my first time purchasing a new car and it is safe to say that I was dreading it slightly because of the stigma that comes with going to the c This was my first time purchasing a new car and it is safe to say that I was dreading it slightly because of the stigma that comes with going to the car dealership and working with cars salesmen. Boy was wrong. I have never seen such a smooth, stress-free car buying experience. In the past, I have always felt like I was being glossed over just to make a sale but J.R. didn't put any pressure on me at all. I went for a test ride and when I got back we just talked about the car and then moved forward. There was no pressure or anything. He was very easy going. After we talked numbers and got everything squared away, I was dreading the financial part but Kristen made that really relaxing as well. She explained what everything was and helped me come up with the best warranty for me. After there was a wrench thrown in, both J.R. and Kristen helped to work it out so that my car purchasing experience was still a positive one. The last person I dealt with was Nicole. After sitting in finance for a while, it was nice to have someone who seemed very happy and willing to explain any aspect of the car to me. The beep that happens when you lock the car was driving me crazy and she turned it off in 2 seconds. All in all, this was an amazing experience and I will not go to any other dealership. More

What surprised me was that I was also offered the services of a Delivery Coordinator, Nicole Sciamarelli who was there to explain the features that my new car had to offer. Technology has never been my forte, but Nicole's patience and professionalism erased my anxieties over the number of beeps and buttons that the car had. She instructed me to write down any questions I might have after driving the car for a couple of weeks and she would gladly answer them when I returned for my Love-Encore visit. I did just that and Nicole was there to help me again, not only with answers but with other issues as well, It's obvious that Nicole cares that her clients understand and experience the best performance that their cars can offer. She is truly an asset to World Subaru! More
