Bad from beginning I called because I was interested in a bmw that they had posted for sale. Intending to pay all or most of the cost, I asked if the needed a certified I called because I was interested in a bmw that they had posted for sale. Intending to pay all or most of the cost, I asked if the needed a certified check over the phone and they said no. When I arrived they said that they would not accept a personal check to exceed 3k. I asked about a certified check and of course they said no, the obviously wanted the pay out of a loan. I reluctantly agreed for the to run my credit and I asked them to run it once, the ran it 7 times shopping my score around causing my credit to plummet. They did not have the right or permission to do this and damage my credit. When I asked their credit person why he did that before speaking to me he said it didn't matter it's all the same we ran them all on the same day. He insisted I boutique extended warranties on wheels and body for 10k again I reluctantly agreed considering the vehicle is a 90k car. 8 months later, I discovered that the body of the car was full of bonding compound and painted over to cover damage. This has resulted in 20k worth of body work and repair.
