My second was this last week when we returned to World to find a new family vehicle. We were looking for a CPO that would be good in bad weather, was highly rated for safety, and was something my newly-turned-16 year old can use as her "training" vehicle. We came in thinking Outback, but in the end decided that a Forrester was the perfect vehicle for our family. The team at World were excellent, especially since we started out with a disconnect. In the end Mike, Sam and Shane did everything they could to make things right and to ensure that they lived up to the reputation I had come to expect for this community-focused local business. I am very happy with our purchase and expect to be working with the team for many years to come. More

That was the ultimate decision-maker for us. The pick up was very long -- over three hours. We wish it could have been much shorter, but it was the day after Christmas and the dealership was very busy. Not thrilled about the "principal's office" visit at the end. Not Michael's fault, who was very professional, but the add-ons felt forced and put us over our budget. The "Price" rating below is reflective of the add-ons. The dealership gave us an excellent price on our trade-in and worked with us on the lease price. More

Outstanding experience at World Subaru I went to world Subaru looking for a pre owned certified Crosstrek. Our salesman Josh Cavalieri was so low key' no pressure at all. Answered all our questions. Came back the next day for a second test drive; He was not working and came in anyway to set everything up. Daniella Brisindi took us through all the many features of the car, from safety features to pairing our phones. There were too many features to remember from one lesson, so she set us up for another one once we have had a chance to drive the car for a week or so. Could not have been happier with the service. This was probably the most hassle free car buying experience we have ever had! More
